Cast in place terrazzo cove base

Cast-in-place terrazzo cove base is formed and finished on site to create a seamless transition between the floor and wall. This option is ideal where a clean, integrated appearance and easy maintenance are important, especially in spaces that require durable wall protection and sanitary detailing. The typical cove radius is 3/4 inch, and the base can be installed in heights ranging from 2 inches to 12 inches, with 4 inches to 6 inches being the most common height range.

Precast terrazzo cove base

Precast terrazzo cove base is manufactured off site in controlled conditions and delivered ready for installation. It provides the look and performance of terrazzo with
consistent quality, efficient field installation, and a curved profile that helps protect walls while creating a smooth floor-to-wall transition. Precast terrazzo cove base includes a standard 3/4-inch radius and can be fabricated in heights from 2 inches to 12 inches. Pieces can be cast in lengths up to a maximum of 4 feet.

Precast terrazzo flat base

Precast terrazzo flat base is a straight-profile base material fabricated off site for fast and consistent installation. It offers a durable, polished finish that coordinates with terrazzo flooring, wall panels, or other architectural finishes while providing impact resistance and a clean finished edge along walls. Precast terrazzo flat base can be fabricated in heights from 2 inches to 12 inches and in lengths up to a maximum of 4 feet.

Precast terrazzo stairs

Precast terrazzo stairs typically consist of a single integrated unit with both the tread and riser cast together. The most common configuration includes a 1-inch slant back from the nose of the tread to the bottom of the riser, though other profiles and detailing options are available depending on the project requirements. We always recommend that each stair include an abrasive strip at least 1/2 inch wide running the length of the stair for added slip resistance. Precast terrazzo stairs are available in maximum lengths up to 8 feet.

Precast terrazzo wall panels

Precast terrazzo wall panels are custom-fabricated panels designed to bring the
durability and design flexibility of terrazzo to vertical surfaces. These panels can be used for feature walls, wainscoting, elevator lobbies, restrooms, and other interior applications where a resilient and refined architectural finish is desired. Maximum panel sizes are typically 4 feet by 8 feet for 3/8-inch-thick panels and 4 feet by 4 feet for 3/4- inch-thick panels. Panels can be installed with visible seams or patched together to create a seamless installation.

Precast terrazzo counter tops

Precast terrazzo countertops are custom-made work surfaces that combine terrazzo’s strength, polish, and design versatility. They are well suited for reception desks, transaction counters, vanities, food service areas, and other applications requiring a durable, attractive surface with a high-quality finished appearance. Countertops are typically 3/4 inch thick with a standard 1 1/2-inch nosing, though nosings can be larger or smaller as needed. Countertops can be fabricated in maximum sizes up to 5 feet by 8 feet and can be installed with seams or patched together to create a seamless installation.
